  4. Tip: for soft yummy koftas add 1 tsp yougart..
  5. Make small meat ball with we hands..keep it aside..
  6. In big pot add oil & fry onion take them out..
  7. In blender jug add fried onion, yogurt, remaining all masala & blend it completely till it becomes paste..
  8. In same pot in which you fry onion add ginger garlic paste &add all whole spices fry in oil then add blended masala in it add few drops of water & bhoonify it till you got beautiful colour & amazing aroma..add salt..
  9. Now add meatballs one by one by tilting pot don't mix it with spoon.. slowly add meatballs and slowly shake the pot..
  10. First cook on medium flame for 5 min then slowly add 1 cup water from the sides of pot & again carefully tilt & shake pot now cover it & put it on dum for 20 minutes or
  11. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves enjoy with garama garm Nan & rice
