Chicken kofta curry - A delicious dish made with minced chicken, ginger, garlic, cilantro, red chili powder, turmeric and then steam cooked in a spicy curry. A hearty curry made with a perfect blend of. Steps to make Chicken kofta:
- Mix all ingredients for kofta except oil and keep in fridge for 15 minutes so that mixture becomes little tight.
- Take it from fridge and take lemon size mixture in hand and make all mixture into cylinder shapes and fry them in medium flame.
- In another kadai add 2tsp oil.When oil becomes hot add add onion.
- When onion becomes transparent add tomatoes.
- When tomatoes get cooked add cashews and saute for minutes.
- Then add1/4cup water and cook them.
- Cool the mixture and grind it to fine paste.
- In same kadai add oil and butter..When it becomes hot add this mixture.
- Then add ginger and garlic paste.Sort for 2 minutes.
- Then add turmeric, chilli powder.Add masala powder also.
- Cook them well.Add salt as required.
- Add 1/4_1/2 cup water.cook well for 5 minutes.
- Keep kofta in serving plate and add curry over it.
- Then adding fresh cream and coriander leaves on top.Serve this to your dear ones.
