Now take grated bottle gourd in a bowl mix chopped chilli besan coursly grinded roasted bengal gram garam masala ginger garlic paste carom seeds and mix soda in 1tsp oil mix well and add in amixture. Add cumin coriander powder chopped coriander mix properly and make a kofta. Now heat 2-3tbsp oil in a pan and shellow fry kofta on mid. Slow flame. Both sides. Kofta is ready.
  3. For Curry:-Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds curry leaves 1tbsp. ginger garlic paste 1tsp.chopped chi saute add onion slices saute till looks brown add chopped tomato mix well. Add bottle gourd water cover n cook on slow flame. Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder cumin-coriander powder turmeric powder. Mix well Now take curd in a plate add roasted cumin powder n garam masala mix well. N pour in a curry. Stir well Add 1/2glass of water bring one boil, add koftacover n cook for 5min on slow flame.
  4. Lastly Add sugar coriander. salt if needed. And serve. Garnish with curd and coriander. Tasty delicious bottle gourd Curry is ready to serve.
