- Take another pan add some oil heat the oil then add bay leves cardimon,cloves,cumin seeds mix it well uptill the cumin seeds crackle then add tomato purie and mix it half cook the tomato purie then add 1 tsp ginger garlic green chilli paste and mix it and remove the bay leves from it.when oil will seprate from tomato then add onion purie and add all dry ingrident salt,redchilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder garam masala and mix it.Then add 2 spoon of fresh cream and mix it
- Then low the flame put the lid on pan for 5 min uptill the oil will seprate from onion. Then open the pan add some water and stir it add some chopped coriander leves and mix it again put the lid for 5 min to boil the water then after 5 min off the flame the gravy is ready then put all kofta in the gravy and ready to serve garnish it with fresh cream.
