- For koftas, mix all the ingredients and make balls.
- Take a paddu/appe pan, add little oil and cook koftas until done
- For gravy, in a oil add half masalas, onion, tomato, cashew, water and cook until soft. Cool the mixture completely and make puree in a blender.
- In a same pan, add oil, remaining half masala, ginger garlic paste, puree and cook until masala leaves oil. After add water kasuri methi, salt and cook for 5minutes.
- While serving add koftas into gravy.
