These Lamb Koftas are a firm favourite. There's something about the smell of Middle Eastern spices sizzling over hot charcoals. It's intoxicating and you just know that whatever comes off the grill is. These koftas are made of potato and paneer and served with a creamt tomato based gravy.
Steps to make Kofta karahi:
- 5 medioum onion, 1/2 garlic, 1 inch piece ginger, 3 green chilli ke lein
- 1 kg Chicken ka qeema lein
- Onion chopped kar ke plate me nikal lein. 10 mint ke liye rakh dein phir nichor ke qeemy me mix kar dein
- 1 inch piece ginger, 1/2 garlic or 3 green chilli chopper mein chopped kar lein
- Qeemy me chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli dal dein. Onion chopped ka pani nichor kar dal dein
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Garam masala, 1/2 tbsp black pepper dal kar mix karein
- Dono hath pr hlka sa oil lga k Balls bana lein. Hatho pr oil lgany se qeema hath pr ni chipkyga or balls perfect bnygy,cracks ni ayengy..
- Oil me shallow fry karein
- Golden colour ka fry kr lein
- Gravy ke liye 3 medium onion, 1/2 garlic 1 tbsp Ginger kush 3 tomatoes lein
- 1 cup pani me dal dein. 2 mint whistle dein
- Chopper mein paste bana lein
- 3 big handi spoon oil karahi mein dalein
- Chopped Kia Hua paste dal dein
- 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp dhania powder dal kar mix karein
- Thora sa bhoun Jaye to 1/2 glass pani dal dein or Itna bhouny ke masala ban Jaye, oil alg nzr any lgy or khushbu b any lgy.
- Fry kofty dal dein
- Mix karein
- 2 & 1/2 glass pani dal dein
- 1 green chilli dal dein. 20 mint dum mein cook karein
- Mzydar kofta karahi ready Hai.. Sbz dhania or ginger se garnish kren
