  1. Take one pan and boil milk. Boiled it continually till it become thicker.. and add 1/2 tsp of rice flour.
  2. Now add sugar, stir the milk… And than add the cut pistachio, cut almonds and cut cashews.. stir till it become thicker.. rabdi is ready..
  3. Take two mango and remove the seed with the help of knife without cutting and peeling.. cut the mangoes and remove seeds.and put it in to the glass or bowl.
  4. Now place the mangoes in bowl and than filling the rabdi into the cut mangoes. And cover mangoes.And freezes it about overnight or 8 hours.
  5. After 8 hour remove the mango from freezer.. and peel the skin of mangoes. Cut the mango into slice and sprinkle the some pistachios.
  6. Ready to serve.
