The ingredients needed to make Paan Kulfi:
- Take large beetle leaves
- Prepare full cream milk
- Prepare sugar
- Take fresh cream
- Prepare condensed milk
- Get wheat flour
- Take water
- Prepare rose petals
- Take Gulkand
- Get pepper mint
Steps to make Paan Kulfi:
- Take a heavy bottom pan and add milk and bring it to boil on medium heat.
- Mean while add beetle leaves, rose petals or gulkand and 2tbsp milk in a mixer and grind it to smooth paste.
- Once milk is boiled, mix wheat flour with water and keep a side. Add condensed milk, fresh cream, sugar and mix well. Now pour the wheat mixture and make sure it's cooked well for about 2-3min and turn off from flame.
- Now let the base completely cooldown. The add the grinded paste, pepper mint and blend smooth. Pour it to kulfi mouldamd set for 6hrs.
- Paan kulfi is ready to get served.
- Note: Avoid corn flour and use wheat flour which is healthier version. Base is same for all kulfi. Only you have to change the flavour as per your choice
