  1. Take one big mango peel it and cut into cubes. Take smal mixer jar add chilled malai to it. Grind it till fluffy and light
  2. Take one big juicer jar add mango puree, cream, milk powder, custard powder dissolved in milk, sugar and grind it till becomes smooth and creamy
  3. Mix everything nicely and gently. Now pour this mixture in matka cup and tap little to set it. Add chopped mango cubes upon it
  4. Cover it with almunium foil.keep the cup into the deep freezer for 4 hours till it sets completely. Garnish with crushed dry fruits cashew almonds pista and serve it. Serve chill
