- Peel and cut the mango, put in a blender with milk
- Add condensed milk and blend it all together.
- Add cardamom powder and saffron strands.
- Add Malai or cream and blend again together.
- Pour in a container and freeze for 1-2 hours.
- When it’s half frozen, take it out and blend again or use a hand mixer.
- Pour in individual moulds or kulhads and freeze for 5-6 hours or until frozen.
- De mould and enjoy with chopped pistachios.
