- Get milk powder

Instructions to make Roasted Almonds Kulfi:
- Take a pan and pour in the milk
- Take two to three tbsp of milk in a bowl and add milk powder in it. Mix it properly so that no lumps are left.
- Start boiling the milk on low to medium heat
- Reduce the milk to 1/4 of the quantity
- Add kesar and roasted almonds to it
- Also add sugar and again boil it for 5-10 minutes.
- Switch off the heat. And let the mixture cools down completely.
- Fill the mixture in Kulfi molds and pop it in the freezer to freezer for at least 4-5 hours.
- For taking out the Kulfi from mold dip the Kulfi mold in the normal water for few seconds.
- Your Kulfi is ready to enjoy.
