  4. Now add the pulp of jaggery and Mango in the above mixture and crush it again
  5. Then strain it and add a little amount of water
  6. Add some amount of chat masala in the bottom of the mould and then add the mixture and freeze it for 7 to 8 hours

You can add any mango puree while making this frozen dessert, though alphonsos work exceptionally well. Serve yourself a slice and beat the heat. finally, serve mango matka kulfi chilled.
