Instructions to make Kulfi:
  1. Boil milk
  2. Add grinded slice in milk and stir for 2min.add 2drops of kewra and some nuts (optional)of ur choice
  3. Then add condensed milk in that mixture. Keep low flame.add condensed milk acc to ur sugar requirements
  4. Cook till it becomes thick
  5. Now pour into mitti ke moulds as it give an amazing aroma
  6. Cover them with butter paper.freeze for 4hours
  7. Tada it's ready to eat

We found an Indian-style recipe that can be assembled in less than five minutes. For a more traditional style, substitute ground toasted saffron threads and rose water for pistachios. You can add mango or passion-fruit pulp. It is a frozen dairy dessert similar to American ice cream in appearance but made without the addition of air.
