- Prepare 1 tsp lemon juice
- Get For tempering tadka
- Take 3 chopped green chillies
- Make ready 2 tsp Curry leaves
- Take 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Prepare 2 tsp oil
Steps to make Sandwhich Dhokla:
- For rava dhokla mix all the above ingredients..except Eno… Before steaming add Eno if required add water mix well immediately pour on plate Grease with oil and steam for 5to 10 minutes
- Blend all the above green chutney ingredients
- Now prepare another batter of dhokla as mentioned above… As rava dhokla gets steam remove it from steamer after 2 minutes..spread green chutney on rava dhokla
- Now spread another batter of dhokla over it and steam it for 20 minutes on medium slow flame
- Prepare tadka.. By adding oil mustard seeds as it splitters add curry leaves and green chillies… As second layer of dhokla gets ready add this tempering tadka over it..
- Now cut into pieces serve it with green chutney and enjoy sandwich dhokla
