Steps to make Sandwich Dhokla:
  1. Take sooji and add all ingredients except Eno and turmeirc
  2. Keep aside for 20 minutes
  3. Now check the batter(add water if needed)
  4. Add Eno and mix well
  5. Divide the better into 2 parts
  6. Add turmeric to one part
  7. Our white and yellow batters are ready.
  8. Pour ehite batter in a greased mould abd steam for 5 mins.
  9. Niw aooly Green Chutney and pour yellow batter
  10. Steam them for 15 mins
  11. For Tadka: Heat oil, add Rai, sesame, curry leaves and green chillies
  12. Pour them on steamed dhokla
  13. Cut them in desired shape
  14. Garnish and serve
