  1. First Cut the Dhokla into pieces as you wish.
  2. Now turn on the gas flame and place a kadhai and pour there 1 Tablespoon of oil. When the oil gets hot then add all Dhokla and shallow fry it for 3 mins in Medium flame. If one side done then flip it to other side. Now transfer it to a plate.
  3. Now again in the same kadhai add 3 Tablespoons of Oil. Add now panch furan, wait for it to splitter then low the gas flame and add there onions, capsicum, carrot, cabbage and green chillies, turmeric powder, salt and just saute it. Keep it crunchy.
  4. Now add black pepper power, tomato ketchup, honey, Soya sauce, vinegar and just saute it all in Medium flame. Coat it well with the Dhokla then it's ready to serve with Tea. Turn off the flame.
