  4. Now for sandwitch:- take a piece of dhokla apply cutney on it then put tomato slice, capsicum slice and paneer sprinkle salt, pepper and put another piece of dhokla and place toothpick in the centre.
  5. Enjoy with tomato sauce or chutney.

Being steamed and not fried they have less oil content which make them low in calories. Khaman dhokla is a traditional Gujarati dish and my family's favourite.
