- Get 1 1/2 cup besan/gram flour

Steps to make Khaman Dhokla:
- In a bowl will take besan and dein will mix suji, sugar, lemon juice, salt and 2 cup of water and make batter and rest for 1 hour
- After a hour… parboil the steamer or idly cooker and grease the tin all over
- In batter will add baking soda and stir very well and dein pour it into grease tin and stim it for 20 minutes on medium flame
- In another pan heat oil.. add mustard oil, kadi patta, green chilli and saute well dein will add 2 cups of water and add salt sugar and lemon juice.. keep boiling till it become lil thick..
- After 20 min let check your dhokla with a knife, if it's nonsticky our dhokla z ready
- Now pour the tadka all over it and let it soak the syrup and garnish it with kadi patta and green chilli
