- Get 2 cups suji
- Get 1/2 cup curd

- Make ready 1 tsp eno

- Take few curry leaves

- Take 1/2 lemon juice

- Mix all the dhokla ingredients except eno.
- Make a idli consistency batter by adding water.
- Let it rest for 30 mins
- After 30 mins add eno & mix immediately.
- Grease a plate or pot and pour the batter
- Make dhokla in dhokla stand or keep in the strainer with water below in a pan.
- Keep the flame on medium & cook it for 12-15mins.
- Heat a tadka pan & add oil
- Add curry leaves mustard seeds green chillies and cook for 2 mins
- Then add sugar chat masala lemon juice and cook
- Add water and bring it to a boil
- Pour the tadka on ready dhokla and cut the dhokla into pieces
- Serve with chutney or ketchup.
