  1. Make ready 250 gm besan/gram flour
  2. Prepare As needed Oil
  3. Prepare 1 packet Eno (Fruitsalt)
  4. Get 1/2 tsp sugar

  6. Prepare 2 Green chillies
  7. Take 1 tsp Coriander leaves
  8. Take 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp Sesame seeds
  10. Get 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
Steps to make Khaman Dhokla:
  1. Take a mixing bowl add besan, salt, sugar, haldi powder mix well with water and form the batter with medium consistency.
  2. Now take 1 tbsp oil in ladle add entire packet of fruitsalt and mix well batter will start become fluffy, grease the plate or any mould pour the batter and steam it on high flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes check whether it's ready or not with the help if knife or any stick. If knife come out smooth properly then dhokla is ready. Cool it down then cut them into pieces.
  4. For Tempering add oil, rye,sesame seeds once it's starts crackling add cut chillies, curry leaves and spread this mixture evenly on dhokla and garnish with coriander.Ready to serve.
