  7. Then add the Prawns and sprinkle over with the Sichuan powdered peppercorns.Toss to coat then add the stirfry sauce and toss to coat on medium heat to cook the prawns right through.
  8. Add the bell peppers just before serving.
  9. Scatter over the prawns with the green parts of the spring onion and serve.
  10. I made Medium egg noodles to go with the prawns.
