  1. Mix all flour with curd and add a pinch salt. Make batter smooth. If required as some water

  7. Take 2-3 spoon oil in a pan. Add black mustard seeds. Let it crackle then add some water and 4-5 spoon sugar and few green chillies…
  8. Let it cook for 2 minutes and when sugar got dissolved removs from flame
  9. Sprinkle this sweet water on dhokla properly.. let it dip for 20-30 minutes and keep in fridge…
  10. After 30 minutes you can serve tasty dhokla and can garnish with fresh coriander leaves and chillies
