- Add curd,salt, red chilli powder, ginger, garlic and grind soaked Massor in a mixer grinder and transfer in a bowl.and add suji asafoetida and mix well.
- Now add 1-tsp oil, baking powder, baking soda and mix well pour the batter in a greased and lined heart shaped mould sprinkle red chilli flakes and steam it for 20 mins. Or till inserted stick comes out clean.
- Unmould in a plate. Heat a kadai add oil for tempering add cumin white sesame when starts cracking add asafoetida and red chilli powder. Pour on Dhokla with spoon. Serve Healthy Steamed Lahsuni Massor Dhoklawith green& red Chutney.
