  1. First slit the green chilli, then roast it a bit on all sides.
  2. Now for the mixture add Besan,sooji, curds,salt,hing, coriander, green chilli paste, dhaniya powder, amchur and mix well. Let it rest it for ten mins. After resting add eno and stir with light hands. Immediately take each green chilli and stuff with dhokla batter and keep aside. Now grease a flat vessel and place these spicy green chilli drizzle oil over it and steam for 10 to 15 mins.
  3. Serve with tomato sauce and enjoy hot.
