- Put this plate into idli stand, close the lid. And steam it for 12-15 mins or until a inserted knife comes out clean.
- In a wok make tempering, heat one tsp oil add and crackle mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add curry leaves. Add half cup water and one tsp sugar. Mix well.
