- As per measurement,In mixing bowl add besan,semolina curd,salt as per taste,turmeric powder,oil,sugar,green chilli,add lemon juice and mix well.(if water require add water)

- Heat steamer with 1and 1/2 glass water.grease container with oil
- After 15 mints later,again mix batter in same direction.Add eno and put 1 tsp water on to active eno again mix well
- Put batter in container and tap 2 to 3 times for remove bubbles
- Steam better for next 20 mints on low medium flame.after 20 mints check with knife it's nicely cook or not.if knife not come clean again cook for more 5 to 7 mints.
- For tempering,in pan add oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chillies,add water and put sugar mix well and put pinch of salt.
- Cut dhokla in square shape.spread all ingredients on dokla.
- For chutney,cut side edges of dokla.put in mixer jar add coriander leaves,lemon juice,sugar,green chillies,salt,ginger and grind
