- Now prepare sugar syrup for dhokla add a pan add oil when oil heat properly add mustard seeds curry leaves and water
- Now add sugar or salt cook for 2 -3 minutes and pour on demould dhokla and cut into pieces
- Now ready to serve with tamarind chutney or mango powder chutney.
