  5. BOIL SOME WATER IN A VESSEL AND PLACE MOULD IN IT AND COVER THE VESSEL……..STEAM IT FOR 5 MINUTES
  6. TAKE 2ND PART OF BATTER AND ADD GARLIC PASTE AND MIX……ADD ENO 1/2 TSP AND MIX…….POUR ON IT……..STEAM IT FOR 5 MINUTES
  7. TAKE 3RD PART OF BATTER….ADD ENO 1/2 TSP….MIX……POUR ON IT…….STEAM IT FOR 15-20 MINUTES
  8. Three layer dhokla is ready
  9. FOR TEMPERING…..TAKE A FRY PAN…..ADD OIL, MUSTARD SEEDS, SESAME SEEDS AND CURRY LEAVES
