- Boil the water in a pressure cooker and - grease the dhokla maker pot with the oil.
- After 20 minutes whisk the better about 7-8 minutes for fluffy and lite, then add 1 tbs fruit salt mix in same direction then pour it in the greased pot and sprinkle red chilli powder on it.
- Place a stand in pressure cooker and add green chillies in it. Then keep the pot in it, and cover with lid of cooker (remove the whistle from lid of cooker) and steam for 15-20 minutes.
- Switch the gas and remove the pot and green chillies outside then keep it aside for cooling.
- For tempering -
- The oil in a pan, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and half cup of water in it, and boli for 2 minutes afterthat pour it upon dhokla.Heat
