Steps to make Idli Dhokla:
- First mix besan, curd, salt, haldi, adrak green chilli paste in a bowl.Add water mix well. make a smooth paste.
- Then grease an idli stand.Heat idli cooker.Add water in it.
- Now add eno and lemon juice on it in batter. mix well.
- Put dhokla mix in idli mould.and put it in idli cooker.
- Now make tadka.In a tadka pan add oil, rai, green chilli, curry leaves, add water.add sugar and lenon juice boil it.
- Now check dhokla, if cooked, take out and cool it.
- Put in a plate. add tadka on it.garnish with coriander and coconut. serve with chutney.
