  5. Now add eno fruit salt to besan batter and immediately transfer this batter to cake tray and quickly place this tray in vessel where water was boiling.
  6. Steam the dhokla batter for 20 minutes on medium flame or till the dhokla gets cooked completely. (With toothpick you check if dhokla is ready)
  7. Cut into your desire shape and place in plate.
  8. Prepare the tempering by heating 3 tsp oil, add mustard, jeera, curry patta and green chili allow to splutter.
