It is also called Calabash Gourd, Trumpet Gourd and Long Squash. Take handfuls of the shredded bottle gourd and squeeze out all the water from it and set aside. - Then give a muthiya shape and steam in steammer for 12 minutes in high flame.

- In pan add oil and tadka masala.
- Pore taska masala over dhokla.
- In serving plate serve it with curd.
