Instructions to make Sandwich Dhokla:
  1. Take 3 cup dhokla or idli batter in three different vessel. Put on the stove, let steamer water be boil. Grease dhokla mould with oil. First take 1 cup of batter add salt, 1/2 tspn baking soda and few drops of lemon juice to activate. Mix well and put it in the mould and let it steam for 5min.
  2. Now 2 cup batter add 2-3 tbspn coriander chutney, baking soda and lemon juice and mix well. After 5 min open streamer cover and will notice 1 step dhokla is 75-80%cooked then add green coriander chutney mixed batter and again steam for another 5 min.
  3. Now after 5 min in 3 number cup batter add salt baking soda and lemon juice and mix well. Now open cover and pour batter on the mould and let cover it and steam for another 10 min.
  4. Open cover the sandwich Dhokla is ready. Take it out and after it cools cut into pieces. For tadka in pan take 2 tbspn oil add mustard seeds cumin seeds asst, seasam seeds and curry leaves. now pour tadka on dhokla. And it's ready to serve with tamrid dates chutney and green chutney.
