- Cut up the belly pork
- In a bowl mix all the marinade ingredients together stir and mix. Then add the cornflour and mix.
- Then add the belly pork and marinate for 2 hours
- When ready to cook, add 1 tbls veg oil and when heated add the ginger,
- Add the pork pieces to the hot oil and fry turning the meat over all the time.
- Fry for 10 minutes like this on high heat
- Turn down and let it simmer for a further 10 minutes add a tbls sirracha sauce mix and leave to simmer for a further 10 minutes
- Near the end add some chopped crispy sweet peppers
- And serve on a bed of chinese lettuce
- Serve with chips and a side salad
