  1. Take Dhokla
  2. Prepare 1 cup suji (rava) preferably medium size

  4. Make ready 1 cup water

  8. Prepare For Tadka

  1. Mix rava, curd and water. Make add idli batter & keep it for 1hour.
  2. After one hour mix salt and divide into three parts.
  3. Add food colour of your choice. I mixed orange & green and one part I didn't mix.
  4. Place idli maker on gas and pour water and bring it to boil on high flame.
  5. Now grease idli plates & add little eno in all bowls. Mix it fast and in center pour white colour batter and on side orange & green. Place idli plate in idli maker. (this step should be lil fast else dhokla will not become soft & fluffy)
  6. Cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes and the on medium flame for 2-3 min. Take knife and poke in dhokla if knife is clean means dhokla is ready. Take out dhokla from idli plates.
  7. Now in pan add oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chilli and curry patta. And pour on dhoklas. Serve with chutney. (We like spicy taste so we have not added sugar else here sugar water can also be added)
