- Take 1 cup gram pulse soaked
- Take 1/2 cup moong pulse soaked

- Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Take 2 finally chopped green chilli
- Make ready 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

Khaman Dhokla is a soft and spongy Gujarati snack. It has a slightly sweet and tangy taste. The porous and fluffy nature of the snack is on account of addition of small amount of baking soda. Khaman (Besan) dhokla, is a tasty Gujarati snack.
Instructions to make Khaman Dhokla:
- Soak all the pulses and rice for at least 2 hours.Grind in fine paste as well.Try to make a thick paste.
- Mix all in a big bowl.Add salt,turmeric powder,chilli,hinger-garlic paste and curd as well.Mix nicely and keep for 30 minutes too rest.
- Now add fruit salt,instant mix it and transfer into greased tin.Bake it for at least 30 minutes in steamer.
- Now heat mustard oil for making tadka.Add all spices,crackle them nicely and pour in the top of Dhokla.Serve with green chutney,sauce or tamarind chutney.For detail watch the video of this recipe in my channel.
