- Make ready 2 cups buttermilk
- Make ready 2 tbsp chilli ginger garlic paste

- Get 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Prepare 1 tbsp oil
- Get 10-12 curry leaves
- Take As required Chilli powder for sprinkle
Steps to make Multigrain Dhokla:
- Take rice and all the dal, mix them and wash them.
- Add buttermilk and give it rest for 4 hours.
- Now crush it (dardaru crush karvu).
- Now add salt, chilli, ginger garlic paste, malai and coriander.
- Mix it well. Now grease a plate with oil, now add soda in the batter and mix it. Then add the batter in the greased plate and sprinkle chilli powder.
- Steam it for 10 minutes.
- Now take a small kadai and turn on the flame and add oil, sesame seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves, let it cook and then pour it on the dhokla.
- Now cut pieces and serve it with chutney.
