Steps to make Instant Dhokla:
- In a mixing bowl sieve besan avoid lumps add turmeric, asafoetida and mix well in another bowl add water, salt, sugar and lemon juice mix then add water mixture in besan and keep mixing adjust water if needed add 1tsp oil mix well and keep aside fir 10min.. then add baking soda stir well for 4 to5min once it is fluffy transfer in greased baking tray then transfer tin in steamer cook for 15min or till done..
- For tempering heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, Asafoetida, green chilli, salt, sugar, lemon juice and water mix well and keep aside.. once dhokla is cooked let it cook then spread tempering and serve with green chutney..
