Instructions to make Suji dhokla:
  1. Take a bowl add suji, curd, some salt, mix well. Add water if required and add 2 pinch baking soda.

  5. Pour batter in modul and microwave for 5 mnts.
  6. After 5 mnts remold the dhokla in a plate
  7. Then take a pan add oil. Heat it well add mustard seeds, let them crackle. Then add slit green chilli, curry leaves and a cup of water
  8. Make it a boil and add sugar dissolv it properly.
  9. Switch off the gas and add lemon juice
  10. Pour all this tadka on dhokla and keep it a side for 5 mnts.
