- Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 tsp coriander powder
- Get 1 tbspn sugar (optional)

- Take 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Take 3-4 tbspn oil
- Prepare 1 tbsp ghee
- Get 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Make ready 1/2 tsp asafoetida
- Take 1 tbspn coriander leaves
- Get 1 pinch baking soda
Instructions to make Quick Muthiya dhokla:
- Take grinder jar add chopped bottle gourd and grind coarse.
- Now in a big mixing bowl take wheat flour, semolina and besan. Add salt 2 tbsp oil, turmeric and mix well. Now add sugar, lemon juice and a pinch of baking soda.
- Now add chilli ginger garlic paste, and ground bottle gourd. And Knead a dough. It doesn't require water to Knead it as there is enough water contains in bottle gourd. If you are unable to bind the dough then add little water.
- Now put the steamer on the stove and oil Grease try on it to cook muthiya. Grease hand with oil and make muthiya with hand and put it on the try by the spacing between each other.
- Cover the steamer and cook it for 15-20 mins. After when all muthiya dhokla cooked turn off stove and make pieces of each one. Let it cool down.
- For tadka in a pan add 1 tbsp ghee and 2 tbsp oil. When it becomes hot add cumin and mustard seeds. Add assafoetida sesame seeds and add muthiya. Mix it well in the tadka.
- Muthiya dhokla is ready for plating to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with green or garlic chutney.
