  1. In a bowl combine samolina,curd,ginger-green chilly paste,Salt, Turmaric powder,1 tbsp-oil and 11/2 cup of water and whisk well.cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes just before steaming the dhokla,add fruit salt and 2 tsp of water when the bubbles form.mix gently.
  3. Pour the batter immediately in a greased pan.steam it in a steamer for 15 minutes. Off the flame.
  4. In a tadka pan heat remaining oil.add hing and mustard seeds. When its crackled add slit green chilly and curry leaves and saute for a second.
  5. Pour the temparing over the prepared suji dhokla.cut it into square pieces and serve.
