Instructions to make Instant Dhokla:
- In a bowl take suji, salt, yogurt, sesame seeds, baking soda and malai.
- Mix well.
- Make soft batter.
- Keep aside for 10 mins.
- Now grease the tin.
- Take sufficient water in steamer and boil it.
- Now take batter and check the consistency. Add water if required.
- Now add eno and mix well and stir continuously till frothy and fluffy.
- Immediately pour into greased in and sprinkle sesame seeds and keep it for steaming for 15 - 20 mins.
- When done take out and let it cool for 5 mins.
- Now prepare tadka. Heat oil add rai jeera curry leaves and green chillies.
- Pour over dhokla.
- Now cut and serve hot with choice of ur chutney.
