  1. Cut all vegetables. If you are storing them in the fridge for later consumption, add some salt to them.
  2. When you are ready to cook, pre-heat oven at 180C fan. Meanwhile, mix vegetables, parsley with olive oil, jambalaya seasoning, salt and pepper. Brush the same oil mixture on your frozen fish
  3. Line fish on top of the fish, bake in the oven for 25 to 30min! It will produce a very nice broth!
