The ingredients needed to make My Basil Hummus:
  1. Take 1 can (400 g) Chickpeas *drained and rinsed
  2. Take 1 cloves Garlic
  3. Take Juice of 1 large Lemon
  4. Prepare 3 tablespoons Tahini
  5. Prepare Salt & Black Pepper
  6. Prepare 2-3 tablespoons Cold Water
  7. Get 1 handful Basil Leaves
  8. Prepare Ground Paprika
  9. Take Olive Oil
Steps to make My Basil Hummus:
  1. Place Chickpeas and Garlic in the food processor, and blend. Then add Lemon Juice, Tahini, Salt & Pepper, and blend until smooth.
  2. Add Cold Water gradually until the paste turns soft as required. Finally add Basil Leaves and blend as you like.
