- Then flour and corn flour..
- Chopperize well..
- Refrigerate for 30min..
- Now grease hand with oil..and make balls.. make around 12 to 14..
- Now in a pan heat oil..
- Now shallow fry all balls.. try to cover all four side..
- Remove and set a side..
- For sauce.. chopped garlic first
- Cubes cut onion and capsicum..
- In a wok heat oil with 1 tbsp chilli oil(recipe available in my list)..
- Add Chopped garlic and fry for a min..
- Now add onion and capsicum..
- Along with ketchup,sweet chilli sauce,soya sauve,chilli sauce and vinegar..
- Now add water along with chilli flakes and chicken powder cook for 5 min..
- Mix well.. in a bowl.diasolbe corn flour with water..
- When sauce start bubbling add corn flour and cook for 2,3min..
- Now add meatballs cook for 2,3min and remove from heat.
- Serve with egg fried rice.. Enjoyyy
I used the sauce recipe from my favorite sweet and sour chicken and added a bit of an Asian twist to the meatballs. Bubbe's Sweet and Sour Meatballs with Chicken instead of Beef- so you can eat twice as many! Then brown meatballs on either side. This gives them extra flavor and helps them stay in ball form!
