  1. Heat oil in a heavy bottom vessel add grated carrot saute it for 5 minutes than add 1 cup milk and mix it well and let it cover n cook for 7-10 minutes stir in between..
  2. Now the carrot is soft add the remaining milk and cook it on middium flame and stir in between for 10-15 minutes..
  3. When the milk is almost dried add some dryfruits and sugar and mix again and let it cook till it start becoming thick..
  4. Once it start being thick and started separating from vessel switch off the flame and let it cool.. Gajar Ka halwa is ready to serve.. Garnish it with dryfruits..
