Instructions to make Salsa Dosa:
- Washed the rice, and daal soaked with sufficient water with fenugreek seeds for overnight..or (4-5hrs).
- Strain the excess water and make a fine paste leave it for fermentation it will take (7-9 hrs) in moderate temperature, 10 hrs for winter, and 5-6 hrs for summer peaks.
- In a large bowl put all the chopped veggies and mix the all spices (remove excess water if it is.)
- Heat the dosa tawa put some amount of dosa batter and make the thin circle on medium to high heat..sprinkle some ghee on it..
- When it tuns slightly brown put some salsa stuffing on it..and cover it with another side.
- Place on the plate and serve with coconut, tomato chutney in your breakfast. Taste is yummy
