Instructions to make Mixed Dal Dosa:
  1. Wash and soak all dals in water for 5-6 hours. Drain water and mix all dals, ginger, green chillies grind them in thick paste add turmeric,salt and red chilli powder, mix it should be like dosa batter.
  2. Heat pan apply little oil and pour a large spoon of batter in middle and use the base of spoon to make circle with it. When cook serve with any chutney.
