  1. Heat butter in a pan add atta and cook till aroma, add milk and mix well, cook till thickens then add salt pepper and mixed herbs mix it.
  2. Heat oil in a pan then add onions, red, yellow capsicum cook for a while turn off the flame add this mixture to above white sauce mix it well then add pasta sauce and chilly flakes mix altogether well and corn cheese ready.
  3. Heat dosa tava apply oil and spread dosa batter and corn cheese sauce and spread it half and fold it like shown in pic.
