  4. Get 1 tsp Black salt

Knead the Sooji with water salt and the other ingredients required for the dough. Make the stuffing in the mean while. Now as the cool cut in half add the stuffing in the center and now cook on a grill pan to get nice grill marks. The second part of making instant rava dosa is heat a non-stick tava.
